Botox is a brand name of a botulinum toxin. This toxin is produced by a bacterium, used for skin treatment and anti aging. To reducing the bruising effect on the skin, aspirin and other anti-inflammatory drugs should be discontinued at least fifteen days before the treatment. For precautions to be taken after the treatment is over, consult your doctor. This treatment has not been found safe for the pregnant women and those mothers who are breast feeding their child. This treatment lasts for quite some time, but is not permanent and will need to be repeated after some time.
